Description of the property

lies along a busy, four-lane road in Springfield Township, just outside of Cincinnati its Federal design. to the building's recent rehabilitation, there was a standing seam metal roof over old chimney with brick banding is located at the west end of the main roof and a smaller chimney with corbelling, now stuccoed, is located at the northern end of the original brick rear wing.
