Construction of Judy Memorial Chapel was superintended by D.H. Buchanon of Concord, New Hampshire, and an employee of Leland & Hall of New York, who had the contract for the Memorial. The chapel is an example of the Gothic Revival style. The main entrance is wooden arched door containing the original massive iron hardware. There is a raised inscription that adorns the arch in the doorway and reads: "Judy Memorial Chapel". There are 17 stained glass Tiffany style windows.
At this time, 11 of the windows have been completely restored with funds raised through donations. The steeply-pitched roof with gabled front contains the original Vermont green slate. Above the front entrance, near the top of the gabled front, is a cloverleaf design pattern of stained glass which is repeated on the rear gable. holds a bronze plaque with the inscription: "Laid With Ceremonies, By The Grand Lodge, F.&A.M. Of Ohio, October 16, 1905". An October, 1905 article from The Fayette County Recorder reads as follows: C.E. Loyd, grand treasurer, presented the casket to be placed there in.

The main entrance, which faces the southwest, opens into the nave, a long narrow room, fifty-four by twenty-six feet at the north end of which is the chancel, octagon in form, and lighted by three 80"L X 30"W stained-glass windows, representing "Faith," "Hope" and "Charity". The Gothic Revival arch design is repeated throughout the chapel in the windows and doorways. There is an eight inch elevation from the nave to the chancel, the floors of both are hardwood. The distance from the floor to the ridge of the roof is twenty-six feet, and from this point is paneled and sharply slants to the side walls which are of plaster. This vaulted, arched ceiling is supported by large, heavy wooded brackets. Three recessed 70"L X 30"W stained glass windows flank each side of this room. The 24 original wooden pews are completely intact and line either side of the room.
The right transept, thirteen by eighteen feet, or the right arm of the cross holds two white marble sarcophagus of Thirteenth Century Gothic style, which house the bronze caskets containing the remains of Dr. and Mrs. Judy. The floor of this transept is of white and black marble tiles. There are four 60"L X 30"W stained glass windows and exterior doors which face the southwest.
