In the Village of Ilion, First Street and Ritchfield Street were also reported closed due flooding. Much of Route 51 remained closed after the flood waters receded due to damage and was eventually reopened on September 3rd at 3:30pm EST. Route 20 was closed due to flooding from Route 51 in East Winfield into West Winfield.
