A dozen structures in the heart of the village experienced minor to moderate flood damage. One structure was heavily damaged by flooding. The Owasco Inlet crested at 9.44 feet which was near record flooding.
October 2021	Flash Flood	Moravia	$150,000	Flash flooding along Mill Creek inundated several roads and homes.
June 2005	Thunderstorm Wind	Moravia	$100,000	Thunderstorm winds did extensive damage in a small area on Oak Hill Road in Moravia. The damage was thought to be due to a microburst. The winds took the roof off a large barn extension, collapsed a 70 foot tall grain elevator, and downed trees. Other trees were downed on Rockefeller Road.
