“First United Methodist Church is a historic United Methodist church at 7 Elm Street at Bleecker Square in Gloversville, Fulton County, New York. It was designed by Horatio Nelson White in the Romanesque Revival style and was built from 1869 to 1870.”

Several roads were closed, including Second Avenue, outside of the Boulevard Elementary School, due to approximately 2 feet of standing water.||In addition, the Boulevard Elementary School sustained water damage as high water levels led to water infiltration through temporary windows, which were not completely sealed. This allowed approximately 1 foot of water to enter the basement, damaging water heaters and other stored items such as textbooks.
