Several eyewitnesses reported seeing debris rotating up to about 80 feet above the ground as the mini-twister moved across an empty parking lot. As the cloud passed over a large puddle witnesses reported seeing the water sucked up into the funnel along with the rest of the swirling debris. The storm moved across the street to a thrift store where it blew a door open, scattered merchandise about, and blew a storefront window out onto the sidewalk.
