March 2008	Thunderstorm Wind	Woodburn	$15,000	A strong wind gust toppled a 60 foot tree, which was approximately a foot to a foot and a half in diameter. The tree fell on a car, trapping a man inside. The man was later helped out of the car, and no injuries were reported.
