April 2018FloodLattasburg-Over a dozen roads were flooded after heavy rain moved over portions of Wayne County on the evening of the 15th. Between 0.5-1.0 of rain fell on the night of the 14th into the 15th, with a second round of heavier rain that afternoon and evening. The second round of rain produced around 2 to 2.5 of additional rain. The cumulative runoff from this rain caused flooding of several roads across the county.
