1917, Sandusky Township

Commemorative Bioorapiiical Record

son, was born in Pennsylvania in 1789. Her mother was a Miss Bo3'd, member of a family who settled in an early day among the Indians at Carlisle, Penn. During the French and Indian wars the entire family was captured save the father, who at the time was absent from home. In a neighboring schoolhouse the teacher and all the pupils were massacred.
