Description of the property

of the renovations, the Thorp house remains a well-preserved and CONDITION UNEXPOSED DETERIORATED FAIR EXCELLENT CHECK ONE single-bay one-story addition. scrollwork.Italianate influences are found in the bracketed bay window and porch cornices and the shaped window surrounds.The surrounds have influences.The two-story rectangular frame structure stands on a high given over almost completely to twentieth century commercial development. and corner boards which suggest the building's structural system.Other the wall dormers and second-story side elevations.

This is an excellent example of a Stick style dwelling showing late Italianate central wing with an attached truncated bay, flanked by side porches and grates.Alterations include the repositioning of the right front entrance, shoulder architraves and incised geometric ornamentation.
