This census was taken beginning June 3, 1880 by E W Gray, Enumerator. The information in this booklet was copied from microfilm records on file in the Kate Love Simpson Library (Morgan County Library System), McConnelsville, Ohio. Abbreviations use are explained in the introductry material in this booklet. The pairs of numbers before each family are the number of the residence and family living there respectively. For example, 1-1 is the first residence and first family on Mr Gray's route. 31-32 is the thirty first residence and the thirty second family. Two or more families sometimes lived in the same residence. Page numbers referred to are the original census page.
