According to the local newspaper, some of the roads included Lemmon Ave, Mockingbird Lane between Forest Park Road and Maple Ave, the intersection of Tantor and Luna roads, Merriman Parkway and West Lawther Dr near White Rock Creek, and West Ledbetter Rd. Several high water rescues were needed in the city of Dallas; most of them for stranded cars. Flooding was reported on the first floor of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
