The most significant damage occurred to a brick home on the north side of Equestrian Drive. Portions of the roof were removed, a tree in the front yard was uprooted, the garage door was blown in, and windows were broken. Wind speeds were estimated at 95-100 MPH.

By 900 AM, numerous roads were closed in and around Granbury. Highway 51 at Squaw Creek was covered with four feet of water.The Wheeler Branch Apartments were flooded.
