Named in the 1915 county history
The history of Preble County was published 6 years before the first of these atlases, and it names this establishment.
For over seventy years there has been a school house at Euphemia. The primitive building gave way to modern ideas about 1866, at which time a fine brick school house was erected near the big spring. This eventually developed into the township high school, and has for many years rivalled in quality and importance that of Lewisburg. During the last year it enrolled about one hundred pupils.
Named in the same survey
2 establishmentsThe surveyors walked Preble County once and wrote down what they found. These are the other establishments from the same atlas, each with the line it was read from.
