Power Plant Completed Of major importance in the year was completion of the new $1,200,000 steam generating plant of the Central Ohio Light and Power Co., built on real estate near the quarry purchased from the National Lime and Stone Co. The new plant is located within the town limits, adding approximately one onethird - third onethird to the village tax dupicate.
