J ' RHODA BOLSTER, Ad Administratrix - ministratrix Administratrix of the Estate of RICHARD BOLSTER, late of Douglas, in said County, deceased intestate, Humbly shews - That the Real Estate of said deceas deceased - ed deceased is inventoried and appraised at the sum of $ 900:00, and the personal at $250: 40 cts. ; and that the debts due from said deceased at the time of his death, together with the charg charges - es charges of Administration, &c. to this time, amount to $620 :00; leaving a balance chargeable on the Real Estate of 369:60 cts.: - The Peti Petitioner - tioner Petitioner further represents, that the said Real Estate consists of a small Dwelling-House and about sixty acres of land on which it stands, situated partly in Douglas and partly in Ux Uxbridge - bridge Uxbridge in said County, and so situated that it cannot be divided, or part of it sold off for the payment of debts and charges, without great injury to the whole : - She therefore prays that she may be licensed and authorized to sell the whole of said Real Estate, subject to the Wid Widow's - ow's Widow's Right of Dower therein, for the benefit of the creditors and heirs, according to la.w.
