Price to single subscribers, who receive their papers at the office, or by mail, two dollars per annum. To companies of 52 subscribers, who take the papers at the office, one dollar and fifty cents per annum, payable on delivery of the papers. Single subscribers, who pay in advance, will be entitled to a deduction of 12$ per cent. And the same allowance will be made to agents in distant places, who will regularly collect and remit money which may be due from subscribers.
