Interior floors are wide golden oak, woodwork is walnut, and fireplaces mantels are marble.
A large cistern in the attic tank room originally supplied water for the house. This was replaced in 1908 with a water tank in the basement filled by means of first installed in the house, as does the wood and coal furnace, although now converted to oil. A large bank barn, thought to be the same age as the house, is located to the painted skinned logs. The interior of the lower story is divided into box stalls on the southern end and a cow stable on the north. Another small out building to the south of the main house is a combination shop both shiplap and clapboard siding, and a standing seam metal roof. All windows are 6/6 double hung sash. Statement of significance

The Wright House is an imposing example of a mid-19th century country residence. by Berea College in Berea, Kentucky. The exact structural history of the Wright House is unclear; but in its present from any number of Victorian handbooks they featured off-set towers and heavily The house was built for Dr. Aaron Wright in 1857. He was the son of Jonathan Wright who is considered to be the founder of the nearby village of Springboro. established by the Society of the Quakers in 1869. It was the result of their academic studies, which in the opinion of the Quakers, lead to "idle and as work on the farm or in the "mechanics hall" for boys and households duties from Wright's House in 1870 to house the administrative offices, classrooms and dormitories for both males and females. As the economy of Springboro waned when bypassed by the railroad lines, the fortunes of the College also declined.
