Distance from and Frontage on Road 50' back, 150' front 42. Further Description of Important Features This is a less ambitious, yet handsome, rendition of Wright's prairie style architecture. The eaves overhang four feet from the walls. Inside, the kitchen and the central fireplace were thoughtlessly remodeled by the previous owner. The present owners have begun a limited restoration of the house. 43. History and Significance This building has been researched by Kenneth Severens of Oberlin College, and others, who are able to link this house with Wright. Apparently a Mr. Mosher, who was an acquaintance of Wright in Chicago, had the house commissioned. It is doubtful that Wright supervised the work or even saw the house. 44. Description of Environment and Outbuildings Located in a rural area the house has pleasant uncluttered surroundings.

Unfortunately, pressure from industrial development or new housing may result in damage to or destruction of this fine house. The nominated property is a one acre surrounding the house. 45. It is probably a thematic resource of Greek Revival farmhouses along Franklin roads. To call this a multiple resource states 6.11.79 that a comprehensive architectural ARCHITECTURAL HISTORIAN survey has been done & the nominee indicates it. Rather than this, what one should am indicate.
