There is a clear vertical emphasis in the wall piers and recessed spandrels. There is geometric ornament on the upper stories and roof cornice. The main lobby has magnificent geometric Art Deco It was built for the Central Savings and Loan Company, which failed in the Depres- Youngstown architect Morris W. Scheibel. 14.
