Description of the property

An integral part of a commercial block, the LAFEE BUILDING sits on the A highly visible building, it is located in one of the busiest areas of downtown Dayton. The building, which sits on a stone foundation, has a modern storefront have radiating stretcher gaged brick with short, foliated capitaled Condition ruins fair deteriorated unexposed 7. Description corner brackets. the original multi-paned, pressed and leaded glass transoms can be seen. bay of plain quadruple-mullion windows with blind transoms capped and deeply carved flower panels surround the arched windows.
double hung sash rectangular windows topped by decorative paneled with interior recessed oval window flanked by decorative corner brackets by a paneled band and pediment with a decorative tympanum which contains mullion rectangular windows with rounded arch transoms and vertical a central elliptical three part bay with decorative mullions with l/l an entablature with egg-and-dart motifs and dentiled molding.Sloped Check one X good muntins.
