When this property was proposed for the
National Register, someone wrote the case for it: what the building is,

Description of the property
above. The entrance is framed by a wide, segmental arched, stone lintel which has a carved keystone. Above the entrance are a pair of tall, slender, double-hung tower has three, double-hung windows which give light to the balcony of the been removed.
