An EF-1 tornado touched down in Uniontown near the Uniontown Fire Department and traveled east southeast along an intermittent path for approximately 9 miles through Lake Township. Most of the damage observed was to trees that were uprooted or snapped part of the way up of the ground. A newly constructed dairy barn in Marlboro township near State Route 44 and St. Peters Church Road had significant roof damage. Minor roof and siding damage was observed along the tornado path.

Description of the property
in plan, the structure has a gable roof of standing seam metal and wide cornice CONDITION UNEXPOSED EXCELLENT DETERIORATED _UNALTERED CHECK ONE During its history,1-story, frame additions were added to the north and east inside has been altered to accomodate the Lake Township Board of Education double-sash window to either side of the entrance and three identical windows on both the east and west sides.All windows are 6/6 with plain stone 1intels have stone quoins 1/3 the way up. The building rests on a cut stone foundation and the cornersof the building -GOOD and frieze boards. The south gable end has a center entrance, protected by a The Lake Township School is a simple, brick, one-story structure. Rectangular XFAIR both windows and doors are original.
