610 Fourth Street, Portsmouth, Scioto County, Ohio All Saints Episcopal Church was the first Gothic Revival building in Portsmouth. The church's picturesque asymmetry shows the influence of British Gothic Revival ideals espoused by such architects as A.W. Pugin and William Butterfield, William Newman built this church in He may have been the first Portsmouth builder who kept abreast of current architectural design developments in Great Britain and the United States.
