When this property was proposed for the
National Register, someone wrote the case for it: what the building is,

Description of the property
The large, two story frame house is rectangular in plan. The facade faces is a dentiled band. There is an identical doorway on the second level, directly To either side of the entrance are four, 1/1 light windows, two per Attached to the east side of the house is a one-story, hip-roofed, sun room, to the house. Windows have been changed. CONDITION derived. MOVED EXCELLENT DETERIORATED an original wood veranda. Four stone pedestals are spaced across the deck.
The deck is a replacement for story of the porch is enclosed with wooden balusters and rail.The overhanging wood shutters.The east elevation has two windows in the second floor and two in it and two,9 light windows with panels below.Above the doorway and both elevation has a window on the first floor placed just to the right of the sunroom the south.The east side has five windows identical to those on the front. _UNEXPOSED CHECK ONE -UNALTERED *GOOD Two intersecting rectangular sections make up the body of the house. The front above the first floor entrance. A one-bay, two-story porch protects both per floor. At the front of the porch are two-story, square columns. The second are not original. There is a wide, plain fascia board and overhanging cornice entry porch.
Each dormer has a single 2/2 light window. They are not original. roof. The rear portion of the first level is a recessed, open porch. Four square section is five bays wide and two bays deep. The ridgeline of the gable roof runs entrances.
