Description of the property
In an excellent state of preservation, THE SCHUTER CARPENTER SHOP AND RESIDENCE in West Carrollton faces north on the south side of West Alexandersville-Bellbrook Road, just west of State Route 741. Both story turn of the century residence which is set back further on a The small one and one-half story commercial structure, rectangular in entrance into the shop on the right.
