Careful restoration has been made under direction of Architect George H, Sherwood of Boston, and Abbott Lowell Cunntings as consultant Condition - Excellent, THE EXTERIOR - This Is a shingled salt-box 2 1/2 story house, vertical plank construction, shingled roof, massive brick chimney, facing east.
The Interior
Entry and two rooms on the east, huge kitchen, stories high,with loft on the west. Upstairs is one large roca on t he ea3t. Attic above, SITE This house is located in a well landscaped site, with rail fence, shrubbery trees and well kept lawn on a terraced lot east of Lake Shawme Lake near Sandwich Center, The house is now on public exhibition.
