Large hail fell in Hebron where lightning killed a 46-year-old man as he attempted to untie a dog from under a tree to get it to shelter from the hail storm. A 33-year-old woman at the scene was also struck and injured. The dog was unharmed.
A 30-foot by 30-foot section of a roof was ripped off of a building on the southeast side of town. A construction trailer was turned on its side, and a steel overhang was pulled off of a home, causing minor damage to a wall.

When this property was proposed for the
National Register, someone wrote the case for it: what the building is,

Description of the property
columns. The windows are all rectangular. The lower. windows hammerbeam truss roof, wainscoting and window and door CONDITION station. DATE UNEXPOSED MOVED FAIR DETERIORATED UNALTERED architraves with decorated corner blocks. The entrance is located in the central projecting bay on the XEXCELLENT The building is currently undergoing adaptation to a restaurant. The waiting room is virtually intact.It has a handsome the underpass beneath the tracks to reach the boarding platform. These wings have simple recangular windows and the south A rather ornate frame and gabled second story was located above fortunately does not detract from the appearance of the building.
The Pennsylvania Railway Station is a rectangular, single story beltcourse separate the lower windows from small single pane Windows with shaped lintels above. Semicircular fanlight windows brick bands and stone beltcourses sutround and decorate the facade.The double wooden dovrs are flanked by stylized classical Single story wings project at either end of the main building. The brick driveway, parking lot and walks remain, as well as are located in the gable ends of the main block of the building. CHECK ONE XORIGINAL SITE elevation has a segmental arched entrance. Signs painted XALTERED the projecting bay at trackside.It has been removed but foundation. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles.
