This building was part of the improvements to the Lawrence Machine Shop yard made by the General Tire & Rubber Company. It is part of the site previously owned by Everett Mills, which was the world's largest cotton mill. Everett Mills figured prominently in Lawrence's Bread & Roses Labor Strike. Description: This structure is a 500 square foot building, a one story extension at the northwest comer of Building 3. It consists of a corrugated metal wall and deck roofing supported by steal beams. The floor is concrete. History: Building 3C has always been used as an electrical and storage room.
