Materials: At the time of the survey (June of the house was oocupied by David Cheever. 1 The (eclectic) field notes for the building also include a profile of the "church balcony rail" and a typescript reference to the retrofitting of a building for a cafe. 1 The Massachusetts Cultural Resource Information System catalogued three "Cheever Houses" in Manchester, but it is unknown at this time if any match the field notes here.
