1. primary and unpublished sources: Many letter questionnaires were sent to relative mental health agencies, city, county and state preservation agencies and city and county development agencies as well as city/county and local university libraries. Photocopies were forwarded from various unidentified published and unpublished sources. Likewise, some information is from a report prepared by the Oregon Historic District Society, St. Anne's Hill Historic District Society and Oakwocd Historical Society and used as a handout for a tour of the building to promote preservation of the site.
