Building 7ID is a small rectangular two-story structure, built of cement block with a flat roof and multi-pane factory-style glass windows. HISTORY: Building 71D was built by the Power Plant Laboratory in and houses the water cooling tower. Building the Outdoor Engine Test Stands, was built in and situated in a wooded area about \ mile south of Building 71.
